Anand Creations is run by Anand Bhaskaran from Zurich, Switzerland. This page explains what data this site collects when you visit, why, and how you opt out. Plain English, no dark patterns.
What I collect directly
- Contact form and email subscriptions. When you send a note or subscribe from /card, I receive the email address and message you submit. Used only to reply to you and, if you subscribed, to send occasional updates.
- Booking calls. Booking on /book is handled by Cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to that flow.
Third-party analytics and tracking
On first visit, you see a small notice with a Reject button. If you don't reject, the tools below run so I can understand how the site performs. If you reject, none of them run on subsequent page loads (PostHog is also opted out mid-session). You can change your choice any time via .
The two third-party scripts are:
PostHog: analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
PostHog records anonymous events (page views, button clicks) plus anonymized session recordings and heatmaps to help me understand which pages and services people care about and where visitors get stuck. Personal input in form fields is masked. See PostHog's privacy policy.
Reb2b: B2B visitor identification
When you visit this site, cookies and similar technologies may be used by my online data partners or vendors to associate your site activity with other personal information they have, including by association with your email address. Communications and marketing may then be sent to those email addresses.

Cookies
The analytics tools above set first-party and third-party cookies for session continuity and to prevent double-counting events. No advertising retargeting is run from this site.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Swiss FADP, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Email hello@anand-creations.com and I will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Emails you send stay in my inbox until deleted. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any newsletter email. Analytics data is retained per each vendor's default policy (typically 12–24 months).
