Problem
Property inspections still ran on paper and photos in a chat thread. Writing a listing meant retyping what the inspector had already recorded. Two slow, error-prone steps for the same data.
What I built
I founded Proplab and built the product. A digital inspection flow captures structured data on site. An AI listing assistant turns that data into marketing copy, so the agent reviews instead of writes.
What I learned
Structured input beats a clever prompt. Once the inspection captured clean fields, the listing copy needed almost no correction. Fix the data before you fix the model.
