SwissNRI: cross-border fintech for Swiss-Indians

Problem

Indians living in Switzerland juggle two tax systems, two currencies, and two sets of financial products. The information was scattered across forums and expensive advisers. Nobody had built for this group.

What I built

I co-founded SwissNRI and led the technical side. I took the product from zero to MVP in 3 months and iterated on user feedback every week. Content, tools, and guidance for cross-border finance in one place.

What I learned

Ship early and let users rewrite the roadmap. Feedback-driven iteration lifted user satisfaction 40%. Most of what I planned at the start never shipped, and that was the right call.
